Finally, this Privacy Policy explains Your choices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
1. Information Collection. RECRUITTALK collects information from You at several different points and in different ways on this Site. RECRUITTALK will ask You for Your permission before it collects any information that personally identifies You. RECRUITTALK's primary goal in collecting personal information from You and/or Your organization is to provide You with an efficient, meaningful and customized experience. For example, RECRUITTALK can use Your personal information to:

* make this Site easier for You to use by not having to enter information more than once.

* help RECRUITTALK create content on this Site that is most relevant to You and match You with appropriate other users.

* alert You to updated information and services offered by RECRUITTALK.

(a) Registration. To use this Site You may be required to first complete an online registration form. During registration You will be prompted to provide to RECRUITTALK certain personal and organizational information, including but not limited to Your name, age, school or employer, and e-mail address, as well as certain attributes such as height and weight. In addition, RECRUITTALK may also ask You for Your country of residence and/or Your organization's country of operation so RECRUITTALK can comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Use of the Site is limited to residents of and academic institutions in the United States of America.

(b) E-Commerce. Use of certain portions of this Site may require payment. If you choose to use such portions of the Site, You will be prompted to provide certain personal information, including without limitation the buyer's name and shipping address, and possibly financial information, including without limitation credit card information or bank information. This financial information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill Your orders. If RECRUITTALK has a problem processing Your order, RECRUITTALK uses Your information to contact You. RECRUITTALK does not store Your financial information on its own servers. RECRUITTALK uses a third party service which is compliant with PCI (payment card industry) standards to store and process Your financial information.

(c) Cookies and Other Technology. RECRUITTALK may collect aggregated site-visitation statistical information through "cookies" and other technology, such as clear GIF technology which is also known as a "web beacon". Such aggregated statistical information is non-personal information. This Site employs cookies and web beacons to speed Your navigation of the Site, recognize each user and its access privileges, and tracks a user's site usage.

(e) Third Parties. We may share your information with third party services. Such third parties may use your information to send you information and/or promotional materials. These third parties may include, but are not limited to organizations that offer other ways to learn about college scholarships or provide information on beginning a professional career after high school. We are not responsible for such third party?s use of your information or the security of your information once it is in the care or control of such third party.

2. Information Use and Disclosure.
(a) Internal Use. RECRUITTALK may identify You in connection with Your use of certain aspects of this Site. For example, RECRUITTALK may use information about Your sport to match You with potential schools, coaches, or recruits. Additionally, RECRUITTALK may internally use Your personal information and business information to improve RECRUITTALK's marketing and promotional efforts, to improve the Site's content and/or layout, and to determine general marketplace information about visitors to this Site.

(b) External Use. RECRUITTALK reserves the right to sell, rent, license or otherwise disclose Your specific personal information to third parties. Additionally RECRUITTALK may be required to disclose such information in response to a valid court order or if RECRUITTALK is otherwise required to disclose such information by law, including without limitation, in response to investigations conducted by law enforcement agencies. If RECRUITTALK should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, RECRUITTALK may sell or otherwise distribute the information You provide to us on this Web site to a third party or share Your personal information with the company with which RECRUITTALK merged. RECRUITTALK does not use any outside companies to ship RECRUITTALK products, to process customer orders or to process financial transactions.

OPT OUT/CORRECTIONS
Upon Your request, RECRUITTALK will (a) remove Your personal information from RECRUITTALK's database (which might cancel Your subscription to this Site or a portion of this Site); or (b) correct or update Your personal information.
